Not to be maarte or anything, but why camp when you can glamp? LOL. Here's an account of THAT experience.

So, one day, my friends and I were discussing what bonding activity to do and the boys suggested camping. I pretended to go along with it, but fortunately, the next day I had to go to an event in Nurture Wellness Village in Tagaytay, and lo and behold, unwittingly, owner Mike Turvill saved me from camping when he announced: They now offer glamping!

What’s glamping anyway, you ask? Well, to put it simply, glamping is really short of “glamorous camping.” My sort of thing, indeed! Basically Nurture sets up a campsite for you: a tent that can fit anywhere from two to eight persons (they can set up several tents, depending on the size of the group), a bonfire, a barbecue dinner, and even fun activities like a Nature Walk, health food demo, and something called the Happy Dance. Oh, and did I mention they also give each and every member of the group a head and shoulder massage? Yup, there’s pampering, too, that’s how spoiled we were.
Five of us went on the glamping trip in Nurture, and even the boys were impressed (they totally couldn’t complain about how I got away with not having to go camping, haha!). Even so, we sort of cheated on the glamping: Instead of sleeping in the tents, which we just used for inuman and which are absolutely comfortable, mind, with mattresses, pillows, blankets, a lamp, and even toiletries (there’s a bathroom with hot and cold shower facilities nearby for male and female glampers), our group decided to stay in one of the new Ifugao huts. Inspired by the original Ifugao huts the Turvills brought in from Banawe, these new versions have been upgraded with creature comforts like air-conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player that’s niftly built into one of the wide, comfy beds, and, my favorite part, a huge and clean bathroom with its own tub!
