I'll always be a Bikram Yoga kinda girl, but I did try AGY and enjoyed it.

I’ve long accepted that mat yoga is the best workout for me, although this doesn’t stop me from experimenting with other types of yoga—especially one that involves mounting a cloth hammock and doing all sorts of inversions I never thought I could possibly do before.
Yes, that is the beauty of Anti-Gravity Yoga (AGY), which is offered in Beyond Yoga (with studios at Bonifacio Global City and Tomas Morato): It not only gives you a great workout, it also makes you realize all the amazing things your body is capable of doing! It’s a fun workout that will literally keep you off your toes and swinging above ground. You can twist, turn, balance, and do all these impressive-looking inversions; while they may seem difficult to the observer, they are actually pretty easy to do! All you have to do is trust yourself, your instructor, and the cloth hammock that is supporting you. Don’t underestimate that cloth hammock; it is actually meant to withstand weight as heavy as a baby elephant, we’re told!
Speaking of trust, here’s what you need to know about Anti-Gravity Yoga: You really should trust your capability to do the poses in AGY. The more afraid you are, the less comfortable you’ll be in the poses, and the more unstable you’ll feel while in the hammock. Just trust your body, relax, and you’ll be doing all those pretty inversions in no time!
Beginners need not be afraid. Beyond Yoga caters not only to regular yoga practitioners but to individuals from different backgrounds, lifestyles, and fitness levels who want to explore the benefits of a yoga practice. Its Bonifacio High Street Central branch offers a wide array of yoga, dance, and core strength classes.
The practice room/studio can accommodate as many as 50 mat yoga practitioners (or 26 AGY practitioners) at a time. There are male and female locker rooms where you can shower and change before and after your class (just bring your own towel and toiletries, as this is not offered by the studio; they have hair dryers, however).
Beyond Yoga BHS Central is located at Unit 316, Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Beyond Yoga QC is located at 3F Il Terrazzo, Tomas Morato cor. Sct. Madrinian Street ,QC.
