Like you, I’m determined to lose all the holiday weight as soon as possible, so my first few posts in 2016 are all about getting fit and back in shape in the most convenient way possible. I wore my MBT pair while doing basic calisthenics, simple cardio, and stretching exercises, and even while walking around doing errands and shopping, and it did make me stand up straighter and work my legs more; I really felt the effect of my exercises and my walk on my legs and buttocks more than usual.
