The wait is over: Globe Telecom will offer iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, the most advanced iPhones ever, beginning this Friday, November 6, 2015. And we all know we ladies just have eyes on one thing: that rose gold version of both new iPhones.
iPhone 6s 16GB will be available on Plan 1799 with P450 monthly cashout. iPhone 6s Plus 16GB will also be available on the same plan but with P650 monthly cashout. iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone 5s will also be available starting that day.
iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus bring a powerful new dimension to iPhone’s revolutionary Multi-Touch interface with 3D Touch, which senses force to enable intuitive new ways to access features and interact with content. The new iPhones introduce a transformative new approach to photography called Live Photos, bringing still images to life by capturing a moment in motion. Live Photos, 3D Touch, 12-megapixel iSight camera, 5-megapixel FaceTime HD camera with Retina Flash, and more are powered by the Apple-designed A9 chip, the most advanced chip ever in a smartphone, delivering faster performance and great battery life. iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are designed with Retina HD displays made from the strongest glass on any smartphone and 7000 series aluminum, the same alloy used in the aerospace industry, in four gorgeous metallic finishes: silver, gold, space gray, and the female favorite, rose gold.

On Plan 1799, customers can enjoy a best-value postpaid plan package with bigger data allocation (more than double!) and free access to exclusive content for a complete digital experience and to maximize the features of the new iPhones. Under the postpaid plan bundle, customers get 10GB of mobile data per month (until December 31, 2015 only, but you can enjoy this for 24 months if you apply or renew your Plan 1799 and up on or before Dec. 31) for worry-free connectivity; access to non-stop music, movies, and games with free access to Spotify Premium, HOOQ, and top mobile games for three months; free access to Facebook, Viber, and Instagram for 24 months; and unlimited calls to Globe and TM, and unlimited texts to all networks, all for 24 months.
You get a better deal with Globe vs. Smart actually, and here’s why: Smart’s Plan 2000 and Surf Plan 2499 let you get the iPhones free but lock you in a 30-month contract, so your iPhone ends up costing you P60,000 and P74,970 respectively for the total contract price. In Globe, meanwhile, your total contract price for Plan 1799 with a P10,800 cash-out over that period is just P53,976, and the same for Plan 2499, where you can also get the phone free. Globe also gives you unlimited texts and calls to Globe and TM, and unlimited texts to all networks at Plan 1799, or these plus 100 minutes of calls to other networks from the remaining consumable amount at Plan 2499, while Smart limits you to 150 minutes of calls and 200 texts to all networks at Plan 2000 and 300 minutes of calls and texts to all networks at Surf Plan 2499. Plus, you get more entertainment access and freebies from Globe’s plans than Smart’s. But then, at the end of the day, it’s really up to you.
Customers availing of the new iPhones from Globe can also enjoy seamless browsing experience as the telco continues to expand its Long Term Evolution (LTE) footprint to further strengthen its mobile data infrastructure. The expansion, which involves activation of more than 4,300 cell sites with LTE technologies, is part of the company’s continuing adoption of more advanced technologies to future-proof its network.
